PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is a great way to understand how to move your body through space and time. A careful and detailed approach to teach and cue the body how to move better. This option is good for people who are just starting out in their fitness journey or someone who really needs accountability and help. I see clients at a semi-private strength, sports and performance studio, Dominate-Today in St. Peters, MO. I also do in-home training if that's an option you need. Most people train 2/3 times a week depending on goals and timeframe needed to achieve those results.
