WHAT IF I HAVE A PREVIOUS INJURY/AILMENT?

There is no better medicine out there than to re-gain strength to our injuries through careful exercise. I will work very closely with you to watch how your body responds with each movement and guide you along the way for future solutions. Programs have room for modifications to help with recovery and adherence. The goal is keep progressing while staying within safe ranges of capacity. 

HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN?

Every BODY is different, with different goals and timeframes, each individual will have different needs. There is no set answer. I think it's important to set realistic expectations on yourself. Take what you can do and be consistent with that, and make that work in your favor. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I SHOULD DO AN ONLINE PROGRAM OR IN-PERSON TRAINING?

Online programs are great for people who have an existing active background, moderate knowledge of weight lifting and nutrition, but want more guidance for better results. In-Person training is great for the person who has little to no experience in the active field, want in depth guidance to help them gain knowledge with things like how to properly feed and train their bodies safely.
