LIFESTYLE COACHING

Lifestyle coaching is customized around your individual schedule and needs. Coming together to educate and problem solve to help lead you to your goals and beyond. Doesn't matter what skill level you are currently; I can help you evolve into something more. I coach a wide variety of athletes. From soccer moms and dads wanting to drop 30 lbs. to coaching athletes for bodybuilding competitions on stage. It's all a part of their own lifestyle. This isn't some cookie cutter program. I spend a lot of time getting to really know the athlete and behavior patterns. I want to gather as much information as possible to help understand and create the most optimal program. The goal is to help you understand your tendencies better to create and maintain a healthier relationship with your food selection, teach you how to eat healthier for the rest of your life and be in control. I also develop workout routines and cardio routines around your busy life and what exercise equipment you have access to. Whether you belong to a big corporate gym full of equipment or only 2 dumbbells in your basement, we can achieve results.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Fill out the "Get In Touch" form on the homepage or contact me via email Collinsfit@gmail.com to set up a time for DISCOVERY CALL, to ask questions and go over best options for you. Then once an appropriate plan is decided and paid for, then another FOUNDATIONS CALL (30-60 min) to go over everything past, current, and future regarding your fitness habits. In order to know where we need to go, I need to understand your process and your past. It's all in the details!
